MOLAH is a mobile application developed to provide parents or guardians of students/santri with convenient access to monitor their child’s educational development at the associated pesantren or school.

📊 Data Usage:

  • All user data in this application is sourced directly from Google Spreadsheet maintained by the institution.

  • Users do not need to register or submit personal information independently. All access is based on pre-registered information by the school/pesantren.

  • The app only reads data; no data is stored or shared outside the application.

📈 Analytics

MOLAH uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data for the sole purpose of understanding how users interact with the application.

This data may include general information such as:

  • App usage statistics

  • Feature interaction

  • Device type and basic technical information

This information is collected in an aggregated and anonymous form and does not identify individual users.
The analytics data is used strictly to improve application performance, stability, and user experience.


💳 Financial Transactions:

  • MOLAH includes a Top-Up feature that allows parents/guardians to transfer funds directly to the official pesantren bank account, without involving any third-party payment processors.

  • MOLAH does not store or handle any banking credentials or transaction data.

  • All transactions are fully managed by the pesantren’s financial system.

  • MOLAH does not collect or sell any personal information.

  • We are committed to ensuring that your data is kept confidential and used solely for academic and financial transparency between institutions and guardians.

📜 User Terms

By using MOLAH, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility:
    The app is intended exclusively for parents/guardians whose children are enrolled at the associated pesantren or school.

  2. Access Credentials:
    User access is provided based on pre-existing data. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure.

  3. Data Accuracy:
    All data displayed in the application is based on the latest information provided by the school. Any discrepancies should be reported to the school administration directly.

  4. Top-Up Disclaimer:
    The Top-Up feature is a direct channel to the pesantren's bank account. MOLAH is not responsible for transaction errors caused by incorrect input of payment details.

  5. No Third-Party Integration:
    MOLAH does not integrate with external payment gateways or social login systems, ensuring simplicity and security.

  6. Changes to This Policy:
    We may update our Privacy Policy and Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via app update notes or institutional communication.
