Exam Go is a secure digital examination application designed to provide a controlled and safe testing environment for students during online exams conducted by affiliated schools, universities, or institutions.
📊 Data Usage:
- All exam data displayed in the application is provided directly by the affiliated institution’s database or LMS.
- Users do not independently register personal data within the app; access is granted based on pre-authorized credentials issued by the institution.
- The application primarily functions as a secure exam interface and does not distribute or repurpose user data outside the exam environment.
💳 Financial Transactions:
- Exam Go does not process payments or financial transactions within the application.
- The app does not store banking information, billing data, or payment credentials.
- Any exam-related fees are handled directly by the institution outside the app.
🔒 Data Security:
- Exam Go does not sell, trade, or monetize personal information.
- The app is designed with strict security controls to maintain exam integrity and data confidentiality.
- All data access is limited to authorized sessions managed by the institution.
- Local Processing of Sensitive Data ExamGo utilizes certain device features strictly for local operational purposes. We do not transmit, upload, share, or store the following data on any external servers:
- Camera Data: The camera is used exclusively in real-time to scan exam QR codes. Image data is processed directly on your device and is never recorded or transmitted over the internet.
- Biometric Data (Face ID / Fingerprint): Biometric authentication is used solely for verifying the identity of teachers accessing the Teacher Dashboard. This authentication is handled securely by your device's native operating system (iOS/Android). ExamGo does not collect, read, or transmit your biometric data.
- Information We Collect and Transmit During an active exam session, ExamGo acts as a proctoring tool and temporarily transmits the following telemetry data to our secure servers to ensure exam integrity:
- Student Identity: Name and Student ID (NIS) as inputted by the user.
- Device Status: Current battery percentage and network connection status (online/offline).
- Activity Logs (Violations): Timestamps and counts of specific actions that indicate a potential breach of exam rules (e.g., attempting to exit the app, attempting to take a screenshot, or switching applications).
- Data Retention and Deletion We practice strict data minimization. All exam session data and activity logs transmitted to our servers are automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days using server-side Time-to-Live (TTL) policies. Teachers also have the ability to manually delete this data at any time from the Teacher Dashboard.

Eligibility
The application is intended for students or participants authorized by affiliated educational institutions. -
Access Credentials
Login credentials are issued by the institution. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and confidential. -
Exam Integrity
Exam Go enforces strict security measures including app lockdown, restricted multitasking, and monitoring to ensure fair examinations. -
Data Accuracy
All information displayed during exams is provided by the institution. Any discrepancies should be reported directly to the institution. -
No Unauthorized Use
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass security mechanisms, manipulate exam sessions, or use external tools during exams. -
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated via app updates or official institutional notices.
